Brandenburg Gate

The Brandenburg Gate is one of Germany's most famous landmarks and a symbol of unity. It was built in 1791 and stands at the end of the boulevard Unter den Linden. The gate has a neoclassical design and is decorated with a quadriga, a chariot with four horses. It once served as the entrance gate to the city and later as a border crossing between East and West. Today it is a popular meeting place for tourists and a symbol of the reunification of Germany. Visitors can tour the gate and learn about its history.
